Fynn Valley Golf Club

Situated three miles north of Ipswich and easily accessible from Suffolk's main trunk roads, the A12 and A14, Fynn Valley Golf Club is set in a picturesque undulating river valley in the county's famous countryside. The facilities consist of a Par 70, 6371 yard eighteen hole parkland course, Par 3 nine hole course, 22 bay floodlit driving range (10 bays undercover), putting greens, practise bunker, two golf shops, expert tuition from qualified PGA Professionals, the Valley Restaurant for Sunday lunches & functions, the Courtyard Bar for drinks & bar snacks, purpose designed conference facilities Green fee visitors, societies and corporate golf days are welcomed and categories of membership are available for all standards of golfer. A naturally free draining course, Fynn Valley does not utilise temporary greens and tees, resulting in a more enjoyable round of winter golf. One of the premiere learning centres in Suffolk, Fynn Valley has PGA Golf Professionals Alastair Spink, Simon Dainty and Chris Smith available for group or individual lessons, as well as video and playing lessons, throughout the week including evenings and weekends. A separate conference room may be used to incorporate a business presentation or seminar with a game of golf. Any catering requirements may be provided in the tranquil and picturesque surroundings of the Valley Restaurant or more informal Courtyard Bar. Although the club does not presently have accommodation, we have partnerships with local hotels and bed & breakfasts, and there is a small camp site at the Club for Caravan Club members only.
