Gillingham Golf Club

Gillingham Golf Club is situated in the heart of the Medway Towns just off the old A2 with good motorway links. A short Parkland course with narrow tree lined fairways and some of the fastest greens in Kent, its one not to be missed. Our course has a lot to offer the seasoned golfer with flattish terrain, and seven par 3 holes, although it may sound easy, it can be far from it, especially for the more casual golfer. With a large bunker in front of the 1st green, a substantial tree in the middle of the 2nd fairway, a dogleg par five on the 9th , numerous other bunkers and trees and a pond beside the 18th, you may loose more than a ball or two. Our newly appointed clubhouse is modern and stylish with views over the River Medway and the 18th green. It has large locker rooms, a Bar, Restaurant and Professional Shop. Food can be obtained without pre ordering from 10.30am to 3pm, and the Bar is open from 11.30am. The Professional Shop, stocked with supplies from Golf Gear Direct, stocks everything you need from balls and tees to bags, clubs and clothing and of course the drinks and sweets for your round. We also hire both pull and electric trolleys and new for the 2010 playing season have buggies for hire.
